Events Cancelled After Paris Attacks, Does That Let Terrorists Win? [POLL]

In the wake of the horrible attacks in Paris, many events (concerts, movie premieres) have been canceled. Natalie Portman's press conferences and events for the film 'Jane Got a Gun; have been canceled.  Even in cities not in France, events have been canceled as well. The LA premiere of "Mocking Jay: Part 2" has canceled the Red Carpet and interviews in light of the events.  Bands including U2 and most notably, the Foo Fighters have cancelled concerts in France as well.

While U2 and many bands have said they will reschedule concerts, the Foo Fighters cancelled the rest of their tour entirely. What do you think if these cancellations? Do you think only events in Paris should be cancelled? Should anything be cancelled? Should the Foo Fighters re-schedule their concerts at a better time?
